The book fee is $85. Students must pass the class exam before taking the state exam. Review the DBPR for all other fees associated with the real estate license.

The book fee must be paid 2 weeks before class starts. We offer both in-person and online classes. You must attend the required amount of hours to take the end-of-class exam.

NexaHaven and associated companies do not guarantee you will pass the class. You must put in the work!
